In short, we are looking for a full-time Creative Marketing Leader with ninja skills who can spearhead brand initiatives and communication strategies, deploy them, craft compelling messages, and ensure they resonate with our audience and drive growth.

  • Take ownership of the entire creative brand strategy development and deployment for our branding activities worldwide.

  • You’ll develop, craft, and deploy brand initiatives from concept to release that drive brand awareness, make resonate our vision and mission with our audience.

  • Lead our team of creatives (creative director part-time, senior copywriter part-time, social media specialist, and product designer) to ensure a good execution and deployment.

  • Oversee the creation of visually compelling marketing assets, including pictures, videos, graphic design, and web experiences that support our content and demand generation efforts.

  • Create engaging, and performing content: Support our copywriting team and produce high-quality, engaging, and performing content that tells the brand story across multiple platforms (even for our paid acquisition campaigns).

  • Develop and lead our PR strategy to allow journalists/writers to discover how we build the best coliving experience for our members.

  • Manage products/services marketing launch from the planning to the execution.

Preferred experience

We already assume that you:

  • Have a strong background in communication strategy

  • Are a strong communicator

  • Are a strategic and creative thinker/marketer

  • Tech-savvy and understand all technical requirements to produce visual content

  • Have hands-on experience at fast-paced scale-ups

  • Can write and edit great copy and use storytelling to inspire

  • Can edit and color-graded visuals

  • Are familiar with software like Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve

  • Focus on delivering outcomes, not initiatives (KPIs oriented)

  • Have a passion for driving engagement through compelling narratives and visuals

  • Move fast

  • A problem solver (yes, we have a lot of challenges)

  • Are a perfectionist looking to learn and improve every day
