Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives aligned with the company values and objectives

Create guidelines and processes to align with best practice and frameworks to support our teams 

Act as a facilitator and coordinate projects with the other departments

Support in the calculation of our emissions to ensure a reduction following the Paris Agreement objectives (-50% in 2030 and -100% in 2050)

Organize impact events in line with our 1% for the planet commitment

Help monitor and report on the company’s ESG performance, including tracking key metrics and conducting regular assessments

A ‘people person’ with great ability to lead projects and work with different people and departments at every level

Analytical approach and problem-solving attitude. You can easily understand complex matters and come up with innovative and strong solutions

High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine and honest)

Good communicator, good listening skills and problem solver

Great oral and written communication skills both in English and French
