Job description

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for renovation and sustainability? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can lead teams and deliver outstanding results? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee all our renovation projects in Brussels, guiding them from pricing to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage Renovation Projects: Take charge of all renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets ranging from €400K to €3M.

  • Budget Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project budgets, ensuring they are respected while delivering top-quality results.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet and exceed Cohabs’ high standards throughout the execution phase.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with various internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable prices and conditions with general contractors and suppliers, challenging offers and providing creative solutions to meet budget requirements.

Preferred experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in project management within construction, with a strong emphasis on renovation projects or architecture with a strong construction dimension.

  • Technical Education: A background in architecture or civil engineering is essential.

  • People Management: You excel in managing teams and are a true team player.

  • Design & Sustainability Sensibility: You have a keen eye for design and a commitment to sustainable practices.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in both French and English.

  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: You’re eager to bring innovative ideas and challenge our products and processes.
