What you’ll be doing:

• Property Explorer: Tour properties like a real estate detective, taking measurements, snapping photos, and assisting in the creation of floor plans.

• Investment Wizard: Take charge of creating the investment memorandum and support the Acquisitions team in evaluating prospective deals.

• Construction Insider: Visit properties during construction to report on progress, monitor General Contractors (GCs), and ensure the projects stay on track.

• Budget Master: Prepare and manage project budgets like a pro, ensuring we stay within financial limits while still delivering the best.

• Analytical Ace: Assist with various administrative and analytical tasks, supporting both Project Management and Acquisitions teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: You have 0-3 years of experience in a real estate-related role and a basic understanding of financial principles. A real estate passion is a must!

• NYC Enthusiast: You live in, or are ready to move to, New York City and are excited to spend time touring properties and visiting job sites.

• Detail-Oriented: You’ve got an eye for detail when it comes to property analysis, and you love working with numbers, budgets, and data.

• Team Player: You’ll be collaborating with different teams, so you should be great at working with others and supporting their goals.

• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions—you take initiative and are always looking for ways to contribute and improve.
