We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Services team as Inbound Sales Representative with the Hungarian language.
Responsibilities:
Managing a set of mid-market end users via phone to source potential business opportunities.
Recruiting and nurturing end users in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
Using an assigned set of accounts with closed IT budgets to assure customers spend all their budgets to 100% (cross- and up-selling).
Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in targeted companies.
Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to the sales pipeline.
Review client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
Communicating client feedback to appropriate parties to follow up potential business.
Timely response and resolution of incoming customer call regarding customer inquiries and requests.
Communicating commercial and technical service proposals and ensuring such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
Forecasting business and developing a strong relationship with existing accounts.
Administering CRM tools, virtual portals, and SharePoint on a daily basis.
Collaborating with Country Field Managers and Engaging Resources to Finalize Sales Projects.
Attending business trips when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Communication, IT, etc.
Interesting and passionate about IT HW and SW technology and sales.
Fluent English and native Polish.
Previous experience in an IT environment and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member.
Commitment, drive, and achievement orientation.
Proficiency in MS office.
A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving, and persuasion skills.
