We take care of our employees. We closely listen to their needs. In addition to weekly CrossFit sessions, we host health and well-being activities (yoga, massage, ...) on a regular basis.
We gather for lunch, some play kicker, others go for a run in the forest. We celebrate every entry anniversary around a tasty breakfast. We hold two teambuildings per year and one of our goals is to have one afterwork every month.
Our employees follow trainings on technical topics that are specific to their job and on other topics such as project management, languages, ...
Our employees benefit from a complementary insurance for ambulatory and dental cares and for hospitalization (DKV Belgium).
Our employees benefit from a Group insurance (complementary pension).
Over time our employees become more and more autonomous and get more responsibilities until they take the lead on their own projects (clients). They become the single point of contact of our clients. They coordinate projects. They ensure the follow-up of the work delivered internally or by subcontractors in addition to doing their own tasks.
Our employees can decide to become an Expert or a Generalist profile.
Personal work performances are assessed every 6 months.
I joined COVARTIM in November 2017 as QA/RA Manager. After two years I became Team Leader of the QA/RA team. Then Team Manager in November 2021.
When I started working for COVARTIM there were only 3 people. Today, in June 2022, there are 12 employees and I manage a team of 4 people.

raised for Kick Cancer in 2021
In addition to 2 teambuilidings/year, we gather and celebrate any time we can: entry anniversaries, Christmas, New Year, COVARTIM birthday, ... Every year in September we support Kick Cancer NGO that funds research projects on pediatric cancers by running their charity race "Run to Kick". We attend key events (fairs, conferences, seminars, ...) where we have the opportunity to represent COVARTIM and to meet other professionals. It is rewarding and enriching.
