In addition to a subscription to the TrainSweatEat app, we regularly organize activities on the theme of well-being and health (massage, yoga, food, ...).
Every day, we meet for lunch, we play table football or make a puzzle. We also organize after-work events, we celebrate birthdays, ... Any occasion is good to get together and share!
Depending on the level of autonomy, 1 or 2 days of teleworking/week to ensure good organization of teamwork.
Our training program covers technical subjects as well as languages, project management, etc.

The first level at COVARTIM is Project Leader. To reach this level, you need to gain autonomy and responsibility.
Their role is to coordinate the completion of one or more projects from A to Z. They become the privileged contact for clients. They distribute tasks, monitor the work carried out internally (and by any subcontractors) in addition to carrying out their own actions. They may be required to assist clients during an audit or an inspection.
Of course, depending on the skills acquired and the level of expertise upon taking up the position, other positions at a higher level of responsibility are vacant.
I joined COVARTIM at the end of 2017 as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager. Five years later, I was promoted to Director.

In addition to 2 teambuilidings/year, we gather and celebrate any time we can: entry anniversaries, Christmas, New Year, COVARTIM birthday, ... Every year in September we support Kick Cancer NGO that funds research projects on pediatric cancers by running their charity race "Run to Kick". We attend key events (fairs, conferences, seminars, ...) where we have the opportunity to represent COVARTIM and to meet other professionals. It is rewarding and enriching.
