The position

Job description

As part of the strategy analysis team, you will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Establish new ESA Strategy processes;
  • Support the Strategic Coordination Body creation (if validated by DG);
  • Support coordination with other stakeholders (e.g.  coordination with ESA's Digital Transformation Office);
  • Support the definition of the Change Management Plan;
  • Other duties that might arise from the ESA Transformation initiative;
  • Contribution to Long term planning (LTP) context;
  • Contribution to the LTP SWOT analysis;
  • Collect of LTP contributors’ inputs and feedbacks;
  • Redefinition of LTP structure;
  • Management of new LTP design;
  • Diverse analyses on topics of possible interest for the Agency’s future (e.g., Opportunities analysis, Impact assessment);
  • Perform activities related to ESA/EU relationships strengthening;
  • Support the definition of Agenda 2029;
  • Contribute to the Vision 2040 elaboration;
  • Support activities to the preparation of council meetings.

Preferred experience

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Masters in aerospace engineering or a relevant field;
  • 4 years of experience in market and trend analysis;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
