• Develop a predictive model to forecast monthly production for 2025, ensuring accurate projections and supporting data-driven decisions.

• Maintain and improve the Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem, ensuring dashboards are reliable, efficient, and actionable.

• Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the performance of key activities.

• Manage project management tools and workflows, applying necessary updates and improvements.

• Supervise the proper execution of operations and processes, ensuring timely data collection and repatriation of biological samples.

• Contribute to updating and drafting operational procedures as needed to support process optimization.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in engineering, analytics (specialization in data is a plus)

• Work / academic projects experience in data science related fields

• Proficiency in BI tools and data visualization platforms (experience with Metabase is a plus).

• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages used in data science and data engineering.

• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving problems and improving processes.

• Ability to work autonomously with proactive communication and collaboration across departments, Rigorous, curious, with a good sense of service

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
