Assist in Product Vision and Roadmap Development:
Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback sessions with internal (Operations team, Clinical Research Associate) and external (Hospital staff, Lead Research Investigators..) stakeholders to ensure the platform addresses their pain points and improves their workflow.
Support the Head of Product in defining and maintaining the product vision for the Patient Data Collection platform.
Help translate user needs into detailed product features and functionality
Agile Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, bioinformatics and operations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily meetings and retrospectives.
Backlog Management:
Assist in creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input and technical feasibility.
Testing and Validation:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience or training in project management, with an understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt, Scrum, Agile).
Demonstrated communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Strong aptitude for structuring and prioritizing work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus
