Cuure’s ambition is to build an international reference to address the needs of all consumers throughout their lives with a personalized approach backed by science and technology.

After 5 years of exceptional growth in Europe on its core product, Cuure is now accelerating on :

  • Segments diversification, (news categories and brands)

  • International expansion, with already close to  50% of revenues generated outside France in 5 markets

  • Omnichannel distribution, (DTC, online, pharmacies, health professionals)

The challenge? Structuring a multi-channel, multi-market, multi-brand marketing approach to build an ambitious and aspirational leader for the future.

MISSIONS:

Strategy:

  • Marketing Strategy : You’ll be in charge of developing and launching innovative marketing strategies to promote our brands, consolidate our brand identity and drive company growth

  • Define and implement acquisition and retention customer strategies

  • Manage existing acquisition channels (SEA/SEO, content,…) and find new ways to generate new leads

  • Set up performance monitoring tools (website, campaign, communication channels,…) and perform analysis in a continuous improvement process

Brand & Communication : coordination of the Brand & Communication team (including brand, communication, PR, Social Media)

  • Strengthen Cuure’s notoriety, ensuring a coherent identity on all the marketing channels used

Asset & Content Production : coordination of the Asset & Content Production team (including Brand assets / TV / Photoshoots, design, editorial)

  • Head of Global Marketing

  • Member of the ComEx

  • Close & direct relation to CEO & cofounders

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • You want to lead an international, fast-growing brand. You’re dynamic, ambitious, entrepreneurial and creative, and you’re looking to build, learn, be challenged and contribute to this adventure

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience

  • Previous team management experience

  • Previous experience in a B2C/Consumer company (>10M€ of business revenue)

  • Previous experience in a start-up or dynamic environment highly appreciated

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit - creative mind and ability to take initiative

  • Fluent English & French + other languages appreciated (Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch)

  • Interest in wellness appreciated

1/ Interview 1 : 15’ telephone screening with our HR Manager (Sabrine)

2/ Interview 2 : 60’ video interview with the Manager focusing on your career path

3/ Business case

4/ Interview 3 : 60’ meeting on our premises with the manager to discuss the business case and the position + 60’ with one of our co-founders to discuss values

5/ Taking up references

6/ Interview 4 : meeting on our premises, 30’ fit interview with other team members + 60’ final interview with one of our co-founders to finalize all aspects of the position and the offer.
