As an Account Manager, your mission is to manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of national accounts (independant hotels and groups).

A key focus of your role is to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of D-EDGE products.

By fostering strong relationships, you’ll identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring clients achieve measurable success while driving growth within your portfolio.

Your ability to transform challenges into actionable opportunities will be critical in maximizing client satisfaction and sales performance.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Portfolio Management:  

  • Strong understanding of the portfolio of products within your region and your upsell targets.

  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Engage in strategic account planning.

  • Drives mutual value and growth for the business and key accounts.

  • Proactively manage and grow our customers portfolio while exceeding semi-annual and annual revenue goals.

  • Build a solid & strong strategy for your region to meet the company’s upsell targets.

    Ensure all activity is captured in the chosen CRM tool.

  • Prepare regular (weekly, monthly) reports on your account portfolio.

Client Relationship:  

  • Provide clarity and responsiveness to customers (internal and external) and understands the customers underlying needs and problems.

  • Create solid relationships in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Demonstrate sense of responsibility & accuracy

  • Deliver impactful & effective presentations to your clients.

  • Effectively communicate with your clients, manage complaints and set clear expectations.

  • Responsible for developing and nurturing multiple key client relationships with customers complemented with superior customer service


Preferred experience

Technical skills

  • Experience in a combination of revenue management, hotel eCommerce, and or marketing/sales or providing services and solutions to hotels in revenue management.  

  • Deep understanding of hotels commercial systems and hospitality industry & market trends 

  • Proven experience in revenue generation, sales, and upselling with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to hotels.

  • Fuency in French and English; additional languages are a strong asset for expanding market reach.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, and other tools to create impactful client proposals and track performance effectively.

Leadership and Sales Influence

  • Be a relationship builder with excellent communication skills, earning trust and advocating D-EDGE values while driving sales growth.

  • Exhibit a solution-oriented mindset, using strong interpersonal skills to overcome objections and close deals.

  • Continuously looking for new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue goals.
