👥ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connectivity and Partnerships Team at D-EDGE plays a pivotal role in shaping our ecosystem by delivering innovative connectivity solutions and fostering strategic alliances. The team operates at the intersection of product excellence and partnership management, driving value for clients and partners alike.

The mission of the team is to:Deliver innovative connectivity solutions that improve API integration experiences, enhance payment and checkout functionalities, and ensure partner and client satisfaction. Nurture strategic alliances and recruit new partners to build a robust, healthy ecosystem that accelerates mutsatisfaction.nurtureual growth. Empower clients and partners through a seamless, efficient, and reliable connectivity platform.

🔍YOUR SCOPE

4 streams to manage:

  • D-EDGE PAY: white label payment solution in marketplace mode. 

  • PSP Connect: 35 Payment connectivity partners. 

  • Insurance: 2 connectivity partners.

  • Emails: All emails sent to guests and hotels.

Feature team composition (with no direct management)

  • 1 lead developer

  • 4 developers 

  • 1 QA 

  • 1 designer

🐱‍🏍YOUR ROLE

As Product Manager - Payment, you report to the Product Director - Connectivity.

Your role in the team:

  • Define product features, manage the backlog, and plan successful product rollouts in cooperation with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure product success and lead training initiatives to empower users.

  • Collaborate with the Design team to build user-focused solutions and with the tech team to achieve the roadmap goals.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide product vision to your feature team, stakeholders and other feature teams to align cross team topics. 

  • Define and monitor product roadmap.

  • Establish product requirements, plan and prioritize product features, manage your backlog.

  • Define successful roll-out strategies, organize go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Drive user research with Product Design to collect internal / external user’s needs, organize customer workshops and animate focus groups

  • Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ideate and deliver the best solution to our clients.

  • Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.

  • Be the number one advocate of your product in the organization and with clients.

  • Collaborate with our Partnership team to build the roadmap and prioritize the product roadmapCollaborate with our Product Knowledge team to train our users, onboard support and contribute to our e-learning success.


Preferred experience

Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile team or startup.

  • Bachelor degree in business school, engineering or related fields is a strong advantage but not necessary

  • Languages: French native or fluent. Fluent English is a requirement for the position, another language is a plus

  • Industry: Previous experience in the payment industry is a big plus!

  • Data driven you know how to leverage large amounts of data to make informed decisions.

  • You are collaborative, able to federate stakeholders across an organization in an international context

  • Ability to manage expectations in a B2B / B2B2C environment

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
