As a LiveOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating live operations, resolving issues, and ensuring our games deliver an exceptional experience to players. Key Responsibilities

🎮 Production Coordination: Oversee and coordinate live operations with the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

🔧 Problem Solver: Address live issues and fix bugs promptly to maintain a high-quality gaming experience.

📅 Release Planning: Plan and execute new releases, ensuring timely and successful rollouts.

📊 Collaboration: Work closely with QA and Data Analysts to monitor game performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.

🤝 Cross-Functional Synchronization: Coordinate with community management, product, monetization, marketing, and customer support teams to align on needs and priorities, without direct management responsibilities.

🆕 Content Addition: Manage the addition of new content, gather voting results, and handle the push for publishing updates.

🚀 Anticipate Rollout Needs: Plan ahead to ensure all aspects of live operations are ready for upcoming updates and releases.

Preferred experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in live operations, game production, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience with release planning and content updates.

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Based in Paris or Barcelona, with a strong preference for candidates who can be in close contact with the teams.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
