The position

Job description

  • You’ll focus on creating, qualifying, and prospecting leads through phone, email, and social media.

  • You’ll move leads through the sales pipeline from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).

  • You’ll manage inbound and outbound leads, using lists you create or receive from marketing.

  • You’ll qualify prospects based on the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe).

  • You’ll generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

  • You’ll actively participate in account reviews and share your observations and insights.

  • You’ll reach out to prospects and clients to ensure attendance at JustRelate events.

  • You’ll take part in trade fairs and events organized or partnered by JustRelate.

  • You’ll participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.


Preferred experience

  • Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level), additional language skills are a plus.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the B2B technology sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including curiosity, adaptability, rationality, empathy, perseverance, and resilience, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • A strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations and business development.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
