As a Pre-sales Engineer at Dashdoc, inside the Customer Success team, you are the main support to the sales team, to make complex deals closing a success :
Thanks to your solid knowledge of technology products and architecture and your ability to communicate efficiently, you connect complex business problems with solutions.
With on-site audits and presentations, you reassure the prospects and ensure technical and planning feasibility.
You improve the pre-sales process to ensure the sales team is more efficient and sells profitable projects
You influence the product roadmap thanks to the insights you get from the market and your on-site days with sales

Driving licence and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites
Engineer degree or equivalent
Experience with key account companies : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts in a saas company, as consultant or purchaser
Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, sales and negotiation appetency
Customer oriented : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions
Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects
Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.
Bonus : you know the transportation, logistics or supply chain market
