🚀 Missions

As a Pre-sales Engineer at Dashdoc, inside the Customer Success team, you are the main support to the sales team, to make complex deals closing a success :

  • Thanks to your solid knowledge of technology products and architecture and your ability to communicate efficiently, you connect complex business problems with solutions.

  • With on-site audits and presentations, you reassure the prospects and ensure technical and planning feasibility.

  • You improve the pre-sales process to ensure the sales team is more efficient and sells profitable projects

  • You influence the product roadmap thanks to the insights you get from the market and your on-site days with sales

Profil recherché

  • Driving licence and flexibility to go on-site : availability for weekly travels on clients’ and prospects’ sites

  • Engineer degree or equivalent

  • Experience with key account companies : you are at least 3 year-experienced with key accounts in a saas company, as consultant or purchaser

  • Excellent communication skills : interpersonal skills, ability to convince and influence internal and external stakeholders, sales and negotiation appetency

  • Customer oriented : sense of service and ability to understand the clients’ needs to propose efficient solutions

  • Organisation and analytics : excellent ability to analyse data and define KPIs, prioritising between several projects

  • Language : you are fluent in French and can work in English (written and spoken). Another language is a bonus.

  • Bonus : you know the transportation, logistics or supply chain market


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Quick intro call (20 min) to get to know you and your career goals.

  • Deep dive (1 hr): Chat about your experience and expertise

  • Study case (1.5 hrs): Show your problem-solving skills.

  • Final chat with our CEO: Let’s make sure with Benoit (our CEO) it’s the perfect fit!

The whole process should not take longer than 2-3 weeks.

At least one of these steps will take place at the office!
