Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help create impactful, user-friendly solutions that make life easier for hundreds of transport and logistics companies. In this role, you’ll have the chance to:

  1. Design Amazing Products: Lead the entire design process, from idea to implementation, and craft meaningful, user-focused solutions. You’ll also shape Dashdoc’s design system, keeping it scalable and consistent.

  2. Collaborate and Make Things Happen: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. We use the Shape Up methodology to keep things organized, so you’ll have a clear path to get things done.

  3. Adapt Designs for Diverse Users: Understand the needs of different personas and markets, and tailor your work to resonate globally while respecting local nuances.

You’ll be part of a talented design team led by Gontran, our Lead Product Designer, who brings expertise in psychology and ergonomics. Collaboration, creativity, and innovation are at the heart of how we work!

Preferred experience

If you love tackling design challenges, putting users first, and owning your projects, you might just be the perfect fit! Here’s what we’re hoping for:

  • Experienced pro: You’ve got at least 6 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of work across desktop and mobile platforms. Bonus points if you’re skilled in design systems!

  • User-obsessed: You know how to connect with users, spend time in the field, and integrate their feedback into your designs.

  • Discovery-driven: You’re great at figuring out the right problems to solve before jumping into solutions.

  • Strategic thinker: You can simplify complex problems and turn them into elegant, user-centric designs.

  • Self-starter: You take initiative, own your projects, and mentor others when needed.

  • Lifelong learner: You’re always improving your skills and staying on top of design trends.

  • Strong communicator: You can confidently present your ideas and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Global mindset: You’ve designed for international products and can adapt to diverse cultures and markets. Plus, you’re fluent in English!

Why Dashdoc?

  • Make an impact: Be part of a fast-growing startup that’s transforming the logistics industry and helping the planet by reducing emissions in freight.

  • Connect with users: You’ll even ride along in a truck during your first week to truly understand their needs!

  • Own your work: Work on projects that matter, with the tools and autonomy to bring your ideas to life (we use Figma, Notion, Screeb, Intercom, FullStory, and more).

  • Collaborate globally: Join a diverse team with offices in Nantes, Paris, Antwerp, Madrid and Boston, and a mission to build a world-class product.

If you’re passionate about designing innovative products that solve real-world problems, we’d love to see your resume and portfolio.
