⭐About the team : Reporting to the Senior Growth Acquisition Manager, this role is highly strategic and plays a critical role in the company’s growth. You will be part of the Growth Team, made of 5 people in charge of Acquisition, Marketing Ops, Website and Campaigns. We proudly generate about 80% of the company’s new revenue!
We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to take our digital advertising efforts to the next level. You will own and optimize our paid media strategy to drive scalable growth. With a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach, you’ll play a key role in maximizing ROI across multiple channels while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Content and the wider marketing team.
👉 You will be more specifically in charge of things like…
- Own & Develop the global paid acquisition strategy: Define, plan and execute our paid marketing strategy with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI (MQLs, SQLs, Revenue). Act as the subject matter expert on paid acquisition, continuously refining best practices, testing new channels, and improving performance. Collaborate with leadership to ensure paid acquisition efforts are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies.
- Execution and Optimization: Manage and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube ads, Meta, display and emerging platforms. Identify and test new formats and campaign structures to uncover untapped growth opportunities. Develop and execute a rigorous testing roadmap to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall efficiency. Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and performance.
- Budget Ownership & forecasting: Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand-building objectives to maximize ROI. Present budget recommendations and investment rationales to leadership, establish a yearly and quarterly forecast.
- Creative & Messaging Optimization: Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and copy that drive engagement and conversions. Leverage your creativity to continuously test new messaging, visuals, formats, and placements to maximize engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to align paid media strategies with broader business objectives and product launches. Collaborate with the demand generation teams to ensure a cohesive strategy. Partner with sales teams to refine lead scoring, improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and enhance targeting.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define, track, and report on key paid acquisition KPIs, providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights to key stakeholders, including the executive team. Leverage data to present high-level insights focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), account penetration, and engagement trends, offering a holistic view of impact and opportunities.
👤 It would be great if you have :
- 5+ years in paid acquisition or performance marketing, driving growth for B2B SaaS. Proven success managing ads for a multi-product, global SaaS targeting Enterprise. Experience targeting IT & Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, and other paid channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & translate it into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally, with excellent internal communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaign strategies and ad creatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and an eagerness to further explore AI-driven efficiencies. We’re looking for someone who has already started integrating AI into their workflow.
- Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus.
