The position

Job description

As a Sales Team Lead at Dayuse, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing strategic relationships with hotels and small or medium Management Companies, ensuring the success of a team of  Business Developers working remotely from Paris across North America. 

You will identify with the team new business opportunities, lead efforts to develop and nurture long-term partnerships with hotels that meet our selection criteria and create value on our platform. You will also play a key role in shaping strategies, driving innovation, and contributing to the company’s continued market leadership.

Missions

Market Knowledge

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the North American market: key player typologies (Key Accounts, Management Companies, etc.), Dayuse consumption scenarios, commercial offerings, and competitive landscape.

Sales Management

  • Lead a team of 6 Business Developers covering the North American market, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.

  • Understand Dayuse’s positioning and medium-term objectives, embody them within the team, and motivate the team to achieve targets.

  • Manage territories and contribute to the regular adjustment of market tiers.

  • Track performance indicators, analyze results, and implement action plans to achieve objectives and optimize revenue generation.

  • Propose commercial strategies, deployment, and promotion of offers to management.

  • Represent Dayuse at trade shows and other industry-related events.

Tools & Processes

  • Improve or create sales materials.

  • Maintain the CRM (Hubspot) and contribute to its enrichment (data quality).

  • Define and implement processes and/or tools to improve the team’s productivity.

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Management (KAM) team and connectivity manager to maximize Dayuse adoption within Key Accounts.

  • Work with the B2B marketing team to implement communication initiatives aimed at developing the sales pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to identify trends, leverage data, and adjust sales strategies.


Preferred experience

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales roles: you master modern sales techniques, both in prospecting and closing deals.

  • You have at least 2 years of successful management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and leading by example.

  • You are proficient in key sales tools such as Hubspot and other sales automation software.

  • You can analyze numerical data, base your decisions on key metrics, and have a problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus; B2B experience is also an asset.

  • You are fluent in both French and English (business-level English required, as part of the team is English-speaking).

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
