Your area of work:

Global Asset Services’ main objective is to run the business with a focus on operational excellence – to provide quality services to our customers globally, and to beflexible and agile to meet requirements in a compliant and risk-based manner. This service includes collecting income and redemption payments as well as set up and processing of corporate actions and tax services.

Joining a dynamic, international team of dedicated and experienced people, you will be responsible of collecting information from market suppliers and set upnotifications of upcoming corporate actions voluntary events on domestic and Eurobonds markets.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform activities related to set up of voluntary corporate actions on bonds on domestic and international markets
  • Prepare and notify customers of corporate action events and ensure that notifications are accurate and processed within the set timeliness
  • Assist the team during peeks and support on other projects and assignments
  • Handling of customer inquiries: investigate and resolve any queries/issues raised by client in dully time and manner
  • Escalate and report Issues to Management
  • Provide a pro-active contribution to ensure the targets and objectives of the team are being achieved

 

Your profile:

  • You have a university degree in Economics, finance or a relevant comparable or have relevant work experience related to Corporate Actions or Back-office operations
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and swift messages, specially MT56's messages
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proactivity and ability to manage several tasks in parallel
  • Good analytic and organization skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • PC literacy: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
