Your area of work:

Global Asset Services’ main objective is to run the business with a focus on operational excellence – to provide quality services to our customers globally, and to be flexible and agile to meet requirements in a compliant and risk-based manner. This service includes collecting income and redemption payments as well as set up and processing of corporate actions and tax services.

Joining a dynamic, international team of dedicated and experienced people, you will be responsible of collecting information from market suppliers and set up notifications of upcoming corporate actions voluntary events on domestic and Eurobonds markets.

 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Gather the information (i.e. from Depository, Issuer, Delivery/Paying Agent)

  • Collection, validation, repair and execution of Inbound-Outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent) and adhere to the deadlines

  • Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarifications

  • Process the settlement of proceeds, including complex ones

  • Reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely manner

  • Support customers and handle/follow up on queries (emails, SAP cases, phone calls)

  • Execute the allocated tasks in due time

  • Support any other tasks related to Corporate Actions

  • Be responsible for dealing with complex events

  • Act as mentor for peers and perform controls

  • Collaborate with Line Manager on strategic topics

 

 

Your profile: 

  • University degree in business, finance, economics

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record

  • Previous successful experience in Corporate Actions area

  • Pro-active, strong team player, willing to learn and play an active role in the team

  • Detail-oriented, strong sense of accuracy and critical mind

  • Confident to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining good organization and prioritization

  • Good analytical and numerical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – any additional languages would be considered as an asset

  • Competent in handling of MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel
