Area of work:

As Digital Resilience Governance / IT Governance Specialist you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO - IT Governance, Risk & Transformation department as part of the IT Governance team. As a Digital Resilience Governance / IT Governance Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for all coordination, governance and management reporting activities within the scope of IT Service Continuity management.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Active contribution in introduction and implementation of newly developed Target Operating Model (TOM) for Digital Resilience and Testing.
  • Definition of digital resilience testing programs in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support our IT teams in the execution of digital resilience testing, e.g. providing a digital resilience testing framework, templates, etc..
  • Consolidation and reporting of 1st LoD resilience test results as well as governance of post-testing activities and preparation of new testing cycles.
  • Monitor and maintain related KPIs within respective tooling and derive required actions.
  • Support preparation of presentations about the 1st LoD digital resilience status for the IT Governance Committee to IT stakeholders and senior management as well as active contribution in relevant projects.

 

Your profile:

  • You have completed your degree in (Computer) science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or similar.
  • You are an analytical thinker and have fun working in a structured and communicative environment.
  • You have professional experience in the IT environment - ideally you have gained experience in IT Service Continuity management / and or Business Continuity Management.
  • You have knowledge in relevant regulatory requirements, especially Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) or xAIT.
  • You ideally have knowledge in IT standards such as (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27031, BSI 200-4, ITIL), but certifications are not a “must-have”.
  • You are a team player with a communicative proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English languages.
