Your area of work:
You will be part of the Product Marketing team within the Strategy and Governance area. In close alignment with various internal clients across the different Clearstream business areas and global locations you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and answering a broad range of questionnaires from our clients: Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), regulatory disclosures or due diligence questionnaires will define mostly your day-to-day. You will be required to dive into the post-trade business and will quickly gain an in-depth view of Clearstream, its business strategy, products and services as well as competitive positioning.
In your new role, you would also support the website publications team in all aspects of updating and editing client documentation as well as web pages. You will be required to dive into the post-trade business and will quickly gain an in-depth view of Clearstream as part of Deutsche Börse Group, its business strategy, its products and services, and its competitive positioning. With this know-how, your passion for dealing with texts and your interest in operational and creative writing, you will be in a position to support the definition of the company voiceline on any given topic.
Your responsibilities:
End-to-end management of client questionnaires, such as DDQ, RfPs, RfIs, ensuring timely and accurate responses that enhance client relationships.
Support regulatory and market questionnaires.
Contribute to the website publication process, ensuring clarity and consistency across all operational content, such as market link guides including respective tax information.
Take responsibility for the preparation of client documentation with an eye for detail.
Your profile:
Bachelor / Master degree in business management, marketing or linguistic studies.
Good English speaker level will be required. A second language (French or German) is an asset.
Persistency for getting information; discipline to understand sometimes complex content; ability to present and structure information in a logical way (for different internal / external stakeholders).
Proven track record in dealing with texts – passion for editing. Ability to adapt content to assimilate new/revised material to the respective context.
Willingness to build understanding of the structure, key players as well as products and services of the post-trade industry.
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe and a web publishing Content Management System is an additional asset.
Good organization, analytical and personal interaction skills are important.
