you will be working in a highly motivated, international team. The responsibilities of Xetra/Eurex Project Management Office include project and program management (office) for the initiatives of the leading trading platforms T7, F7, B7, Cash Datawarehouse and eListing.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and conflict resolution. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Contract management responsibility: Management of contracts e.g., task orders, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and respective projects. Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly in close coordination with project management.
- Meeting Coordination and Moderation: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials. Facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of key decisions and action items. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Collaborative Cross-Departmental Engagement: Foster collaboration with various departments within Deutsche Börse Group, such as Purchasing, Accounting, Facility Management, and Help Desk. Engage in close interactions through multiple channels like phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to promote synergy and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications/required skills
- Accuracy, ability to fulfil up-to-date knowledge requirements and take responsibility.
- Critical thinking including ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Open-minded, willing to learn, active, highly organized personality with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, and code reviewing.
- Experience in working with VBA and knowledge of the VBA language to develop and maintain macros, SQL scripts and queries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on more tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and deeper knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Fieldglass is an advantage.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential for a PMO role.
