We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM specialist (f/m/d) to join our agile and fast-growing team. You will collaborate closely with technical peers (including MDG and FI teams) and our internal Accounts Payable Team to enhance all invoicing-related activities within our business, with a primary focus on the company’s SAP application landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Process Improvements:

  • Lead functional design sessions, offer expertise and valuable recommendations during these sessions.

  • Review E2E Process with Business for Improvements: Run system analysis on performance and process efficiency (e.g. automatic posting (PO), invoice lifecycle).

  • Collaborate for blueprinting, requirement clarification and analysis, impact assessment, product demonstration, and training workshops.

  • Implement sustainable solutions or enhancements through SAP configurations based on best business practices.

  • Assess post-upgrade impacts after S/4 HANA upgrade.

  • Review OCR settings, exception handling, enhance approval workflow, introduce substitution management, improve GR-Blocked Workflow.

• BAU and User Support:

  • Onboard new Company Codes to VIM.

  • Provide expertise in SAP VIM for seamless system operations.

  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, coordination of externals if necessary.

• Configuration and Testing:

  • Configure and test SAP modules for optimal functionality.

• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: 

  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams.

  • Guide and train colleagues to foster growth and knowledge sharing.

Your profile:

• 8+ years of OpenText VIM experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong functional and process knowledge within the VIM Add-On (Expert in VIM related configurations).

• Hands-on configuration and support experience with SAP integration points (S4 HANA, Procurement (Ariba, Fieldglass, MM) HR, PM, SD) as well as to Finance IT and Tax).

• Great experiences in issue resolution / debugging; ABAP coding is a plus.

• Experience in running design workshops with clients and demonstrating E2E Process knowhow.
