With a Master's degree from the national school of aeronautics and space, Jérôme has more than 25 years of experience in information systems and supply chain management, acquired in consulting and at DHL and Daher.

Passionate about projects that make sense, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges of transportation and purchasing, with the desire to develop innovative IT solutions to optimize operations and reduce the environmental impact of transportation. After having successfully marketed several DDS solutions, he continues to serenely build and maintain the company's vision while ensuring the well-being of its employees who share the same values of sharing, innovation and commitment to environmental protection.

Graduated from the National University of Tauride, specializing in Human Resources, Tatiana joins DDS in 2019, after 5 years as HR Manager in a tech company in Paris.

Her role is to support DDS in its human growth and in particular to ensure recruitment, team structuring and talent development. If you apply for a job at DDS, you will surely interact with her ;)

Olivier joins the DDS team in 2018 as a project manager. His role is to develop new functional modules with high added value as well as to follow up with customers.

Olivier's strong experience as a project manager is a real plus for DDS Logistics, especially for the development of the Join2Ship solution.

DDS has continued its reinforcement with the arrival of Karine as Business Engineer.

Karine holds a Master's degree in International Business with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from ESCE Business School. She previously worked for Crystal Group, Qualitair & Sea International, as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

A graduate of a Master's degree from the School of Transportation, Xavier joined DDS in 2019 as a Consultant Manager.

Xavier has implemented the multiple facets of DDS' digital solution to optimize transportation organization and improve customer satisfaction. Through his professional experience and investment, he currently holds the position of Director of Services & Integration.
