We're seeking a talented market researcher with leadership and management potential to champion the customer voice. You'll not only analyse data and uncover trends, but also guide the team in developing impactful recommendations to shape the future of our products and strategies. What you will do:

  • Translate customer data into actionable insights and recommendations and communicate them effectively across the organisation to feed business prioritisation, product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and acquisition/sales strategy.
  • Define business-relevant customer segments, and enrich your understanding of these segments through various data collection initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners: This could include market research firms, customer data providers, and other relevant external resources.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive roadmap to centralise and leverage customer insights across the organisation within a given budget.
  • Build and mentor a team dedicated to extracting, analysing, and communicating customer insights.
  • Foster collaboration with key departments including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy to ensure insights inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Implement and optimise tools and processes for efficient customer insights gathering, analysis, and distribution.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture:  influencing product development and marketing strategies, develop and deliver customer insights training programs

Preferred experience

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer research or analytics, with a proven track record in leading and building a team in an international context.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy within a large-scale organisation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in statistical methods, data analysis tools, and potentially data visualisation tools.
  • Strong project management capabilities, able to lead and prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage budgets, and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments and levels, present complex data insights compellingly, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Fluent in English & French, Portuguese optional
