The position

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Acquisition Media Manager to design and execute high-impact strategies across social platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by leveraging channels like Meta, TikTok and Snapchat to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Design a high-impact acquisition media plan adapted to our social ads partners, leveraging a full-funnel strategy with a strong emphasis on driving conversions and achieving measurable results.

  • Budget Management: Allocate the social ads budget strategically across campaigns and partners to optimize performance at every stage of the customer journey.

  • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns 

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously track campaign results, implement corrective actions, and propose new initiatives. Provide weekly performance reports and in-depth analyses to uncover strategic insights and actionable plans.

  • Testing & Learning: Conduct structured A/B testing to optimize campaigns and channels while contributing to the development of a robust learning agenda.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative studio, external agencies  to develop impactful advertising assets, including user-generated content (UGC) and influencers assets.

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Lead testing and improvements across the customer journey (ad creatives, placements, landing pages, conversion forms, post-conversion engagement) in collaboration with the performance analytics teams.

  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Build strategic and operational bridges between acquisition channels, including SEA & Affiliates Growth team 


Preferred experience

  • You have a first experience already, in working operationally on digital marketing campaigns. 

  • Highly analytical with good level proficiency in Excel, a passion for data report analysis.

  • Interest for creative development, be able to be innovative on creative ideation and creative project management (internally & externally) 

  • You’re self-motivated and able to work effectively in an autonomous environment, proactive and persistent 

  • Ability to work well with many types of people across multiple global offices 

  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a very fast-paced work environment

  • Fluent in English
