As a Partnership Operations Intern, you will play an important role within the partnerships organisation, leading efforts to deliver added value to our sales team, our partners and their clients. 

Your responsibilities will be to support the Partnership Operations team in identifying and deploying tools to improve the operational efficiency of the sales teams and therefore drive the growth of our existing partnerships and the signing of new deals. 

Your primary focus areas will include project management, implementation of strategic company initiatives, internal and external partners communications, process improvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the development of new tools for the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy for Deezer’s partnerships, working with marketing and comms teams. Ensure internal alignment and engage partner networks through external communications.
  • Support the ideation, planning, and execution of partner events (e.g., webinars) in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage Sales & Partner enablement tools (pitch decks, use cases, best practices, product updates, playbooks).
  • Oversee the distribution and supply of client perks (goodies, gift codes) and allocate tickets for Deezer events.
  • Facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives within the partnerships team and act as a bridge for sales on key company projects.
  • Centralize and structure sales documentation for easy access and support operations teams by taking notes and sharing reports.


Preferred experience

 

  • Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing or Operations Management, ideally at the end of your studies 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in French and English

  • Advanced familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) 

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, take ownership of projects, and work autonomously and agilely in multi-task fast-paced environments

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, comfortable working cross-functionally, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Positive, enthusiastic mindset and being excited to work within a music-oriented environment
