The position

Job description

As a Product Manager Intern in the Customer & Monetization team, you will work closely with our product management and revenue teams to develop, implement, and refine strategies aimed at converting and retaining users. 

This role is an entry-level position with a focus on learning and contributing to our company's conversion and retention initiatives. You will gain valuable experience in product management, data analysis, and marketing techniques while working under the mentorship of experienced professionals. 

You will work collaboratively with product managers, user researchers, data analysts, engineers, UX designers and revenue specialists to build the right experiences to optimise revenue generation. Your goal will be to help drive decision-making and optimise users' journeys through quantitative results, AB testing, qualitative research, and customer insights.

What you will do:

Product Discovery

  • Collaborate with user research and data teams to build a strong understanding of users behaviours, needs, pain points. 

  • Gather and evaluate gaps and opportunities from users, competitor analysis, business opportunities and market trends.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Product Delivery

  • Write feature specifications & prioritise your backlog along with the Engineering Manager

  • Follow progress of work and address development issues during sprints

  • Participate in all agile rituals with your squad: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospective, demo.

  • Participate in the performance analysis and assist in A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts to improve conversion and retention rates.


Preferred experience

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills both in French and English language

  • A passion for technology and a strong interest in digital products and user experiences.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Enthusiasm for product management and user conversion concepts.
