JOB DESCRIPTION
B2B partnerships are at the heart of Deezer’s DNA and one of the main drivers of our growth. We are looking for a New Business Development Manager for the EMEA region to be responsible for building strategic relationships and close opportunities with key partners with a global footprint, achieving sales goals and subscriber acquisition, focused on the following sectors: Hardware, Gaming, Digital Retail, Media and Telecommunications.

What you will do:
Drive partnerships pipeline: origination, evaluation, negotiation and execution of strategic opportunities with industry leaders across sectors including media & entertainment, gaming, telecom, retail, automotive, connected fitness and more
Support team leaders in prospection and origination of new opportunities
Pitch existing and new innovative business programs to grow Deezer’s partnerships revenues.
Maintain and document sales and deals pipeline with global tools and benchmark against similar deals in other regions.
Manage complex contract negotiations with partners and all key stakeholders involved with or affected by B2B projects.
Inform and communicate with internal project stakeholders, by articulating opportunities and maintaining clear documentation on the opportunities, supported by PMO functions.
Embody Deezer’s core values in your local market, be an ambassador for our global partnerships team and participate to events to network and identify opportunities
This role is excellent for a person with:
5+ years’ international experience in business development or partnerships in, or related to the following sectors: hardware or consumer electronics, gaming, media, retail or telecommunications, in a partnerships role. Consultant background also appreciated
Proven track record of autonomous project leadership executing, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships and deals with large companies, and exceeding business goals.
Strong negotiation, communication abilities to influence outcomes externally and internally.
Analytical mindset & strategic thinker, very autonomous.
Strong performer with high-level of self-organization and prioritization abilities.
Proactive, collaborative mindset, bringing motivation and great energy to a team.
Fluent in English, with experience working internationally and across cultures.
