As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy that supports our ambitious goals. You’ll be partnering closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers across the organization to ensure we bring in the best talent to deliver on our business vision . You will report to the Head of Talent and manage an intern supporting you. 

What you will do :

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Strategy & process: Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across divisions and territories, from initial briefings with hiring managers to offer letter signings. You’ll ensure every candidate experiences an exceptional journey, reflective of Deezer’s dynamic and innovative Be&Belong culture.

  • Drive Business Performance Through Talent: Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment priorities with our business needs. You'll optimize recruitment processes, improve efficiency across the cycle, and ensure data-driven decisions through effective monitoring of TA metrics and ATS management.

  • Champion Talent Projects: Lead projects that elevate our employer brand and talent pool approach. From campus activations to building a sourcing strategy that champions Diversity and Inclusion, or usage of AI, you’ll shape the future of talent at Deezer.

  • Be the Face of Deezer’s Talent Acquisition: Represent our employer brand at recruitment events, train hiring managers, and act as the go-to expert for all things related to talent acquisition. You’ll be a key ambassador, both internally and externally, for our values and vision.


Preferred experience

This role is excellent for a person who is:

  • A seasoned recruiter : with at least 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience  in agency and in-house, you are used to recruiting across diverse functions (tech, marketing, corporate) and seniority levels, you love the art of headhunting in complex international environments.

  • Business Acumen: You’re not just about filling roles – you’re about delivering business impact. You leverage market insights, recruitment best practices, and organizational benchmarks to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in translating talent strategy into actionable metrics, you thrive on using data to drive performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve our approach to recruitment.

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English and French, you’re a compelling communicator who can inspire and influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Collaborative and Adaptable: You’re a team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With your pragmatic, creative thinking, you enjoy navigating change.
