Benoit holds a DEA in business law and a Magistère in business law from the University of Paris-Sorbonne. After starting his career in international law firms, Benoit moved to London in 2005 and became a Solicitor in the UK. In the framework of an international program under the aegis of the British Council, Benoit made decisive encounters and discovered innovative and groundbreaking models. These would later inspire Fabrice and Benoit to create Delcade.

The evolution of the legal profession, the aspirations of the new generation of lawyers, and the desire for entrepreneurship of a growing part of the profession were the triggers for the project. Think Big, Act Small! will be the first motto of Delcade, where collective project and organizational independence are reconciled values. Lawyers find in Delcade a model open to talent, structured as a simplified joint stock company, with a strong collective and synergies between partners, while promoting organizational independence and the freedom of the partner.

Benoit is passionate about innovative models, the inspiration of foreign models and the wealth of inspiration of foreign "disruptive" models. In his private life, Benoit is inspired by art in all its forms, travel, and encounters in everyday life.

Fabrice co-founded DELCADE to create a firm with an innovative structure, enabling it to meet all the needs of its clients in the conduct of their business by bringing together entrepreneurial lawyers who are concerned with balancing their personal and professional lives.

For the past 7 years, Fabrice has been working every day, listening to his associates and partners to respond to the needs of the lawyers and to create an environment at their service, and focused on their personal and professional development. Fabrice advises French and foreign groups, small and medium-sized companies, corporate executives, investment funds, banks, and individuals.

He advises on all tax matters. He holds a Specialization in Tax Law, a DJCE (Diploma of Corporate Counsel) as well as a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Montpellier.

Fabrice is an epicurean, who likes the mountains and the ocean. He has also been an amateur surfer for 20 years, and still enjoys spending time in the water, and manages to get up on the board occasionally.

Sophie is an associate in M&A and corporate law at DELCADE since 2016. She started her career in international law firms, thanks to which she has acquired a broad experience recognized in the profession. She is involved in investment, external growth and capital raising transactions as well as all matters related to corporate and securities law. Also, a member of the New York Bar, Sophie assists her clients in both French and international matters.

Sophie enjoys long walks and hikes in nature but especially with her family during vacations and sunny weekends.

Jean-Philippe is a lawyer at the Paris bar. Business law has led him to take an interest in companies that join forces to optimize the distribution of their products, but also in those that approach independent retailers to duplicate the innovative concepts they have developed. It is about network distribution, such as franchise networks, brand licensing ...

He discovered the legal issues specific to networked distribution during his various collaborations, first within an international law firm, then within niche law firms which allowed him to confront litigation cases before the courts.

He chairs the legal commission of the IREF (Federation of European Franchise and Partnership Networks). His entrepreneurial nature led him to create his own firm before joining DELCADE to bring his experience in distribution law and, a new challenge, to participate in the development of the Lille office.

Jean-Philippe knows how to escape to enjoy the great outdoors. His regular training in running allows him to envisage resourcing treks.

Maïté est avocat associé en M&A Corporate et restructuring chez DELCADE depuis 2022. Avocate, médiateur et administratrice indépendante, elle conseille les dirigeants et actionnaires en droit des sociétés, fusion- acquisition, private equity et en restructuring, de la création à la liquidation de leur société. Ses clients sont des PME, ETI, startups et entrepreneurs. Elle a rejoint DELCADE pour la force de son collectif, son implantation régionale et internationale. Elle se reconnait dans les valeurs du cabinet que sont la liberté, l’humilité, l’humanité, la diversité et l’inclusion.

Frédérique est avocat associé en droit social chez DELCADE depuis 2017. Après avoir exercé dans des cabinets internationaux, elle a rejoint le cabinet pour sa vision et son mode d’exercice réellement entrepreneurial. Elle intervient pour le compte de directions de groupes, français ou internationaux, dans la gestion sociale stratégique de leurs entreprises en France. Cette gestion couvre à la fois les relations individuelles du travail et les relations collectives avec les CSE et les organisations syndicales. Elle partage son temps entre Paris et Lille avec pour objectif de développer l’implantation régionale du cabinet.

Kevin est avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 2016 et Avocat Counsel chez DELCADE depuis 2022. Il intervient généralement en droit des affaires à 180° (levée de fonds, acquisition, ..) en conseil comme en contentieux et en procédures collectives. Kevin développe aussi une expertise spécifique en cryptomonnaie. Il a rejoint DELCADE en tant que collaborateur pour ses relations humaines, la liberté et l’accompagnement qu’il y trouve. DELCADE lui offre la possibilité de continuer à se former, tout en développant sa propre clientèle ce que peu de cabinets offrent à leurs collaborateurs.

Corentin est avocat associé en droit public et immobilier chez DELCADE depuis 2022. Il intervient sur tous type de projet immobilier, public ou privé (audit permis de construire, contentieux d’urbanisme, référé précontractuel, référé contractuel, travaux supplémentaires, abandon de chantier, problème de responsabilité du constructeur,..), en conseil ou en contentieux. Il a rejoint DELCADE pour son côté innovant : dans le service client et dans la gestion interne du cabinet.

Isabelle est avocat associé en droit des nouvelles technologies chez DELCADE depuis 2019. Elle concentre son activité sur le droit du numérique (le RGPD et la protection des données personnelles), sur les enjeux d’innovation et de protection des actifs incorporels de l’entreprise et sur l’accompagnement contractuel de l’ensemble de ces questions à titre préventif ou devant les tribunaux. Isabelle a rejoint DELCADE pour la liberté de son modèle conçu pour limiter les enjeux de pouvoir et une organisation horizontale. Elle aime aussi l’idée que cette organisation bénéficie de fait aux collaborateurs : formation, équilibre vie-privée- vie professionnelle, liberté dans un cadre entrepreneurial.

Guilhem est avocat associé chez DELCADE depuis mars 2024, spécialisé en droit des assurances et en responsabilité civile. Il intervient sur divers contentieux liés aux produits, à la construction, aux risques industriels, au droit aérien et au droit du tourisme, ainsi qu'aux responsabilités des dirigeants et des professionnels. Il gère également des contentieux en droit des sociétés et commerciaux. Fort d'une expérience de dix ans au sein de cabinets prestigieux (Bird & Bird, DLA Piper, Gide et Dentons), Guilhem a fondé sa propre structure de droit des assurances en 2021 avant de rejoindre DELCADE.

Thomas est avocat associé chez DELCADE, intervenant dans les domaines du conseil et du contentieux au sein de l’équipe Corporate, M&A et Private Equity. Son expertise en droit des sociétés couvre les levées de fonds, les fusions-acquisitions et les réorganisations de groupes. Il accompagne régulièrement des opérations transfrontalières, conseillant des entreprises françaises et étrangères dans divers secteurs tels que la tech, la santé, les professions libérales et le numérique. Thomas a débuté sa carrière au cabinet d’affaires Fidal avant de rejoindre DELCADE en 2018. Il a été nommé Counsel en 2020 et est devenu associé en mars 2022

Natalia est avocate chez DELCADE depuis 2020, spécialisée dans les problématiques commerciales internationales. Elle possède une expertise solide en matière de contrats internationaux et des règles Incoterms®, et elle conseille les entreprises sur la réglementation économique et l'application de la TVA. Forte d'une expérience de près de 15 ans en tant que juriste à l'international, Natalia a travaillé dans divers secteurs d'activité, notamment l'industrie agroalimentaire, le vin et les boissons alcooliques, les nouvelles technologies, les produits chimiques, le prêt-à-porter, la grande distribution et l'industrie automobile.
