We are looking for Customer Data Platform (CDP) specialists to help our clients bring their vision of consolidated customer data to life and to enable personalized customer experience.
We are looking for candidates passionate about data and technology solutions, driven to learn and keep up with market evolution.
Mission :
• Contribute to all phases of data-driven implementation projects :
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive significant changes to the client experience.
o Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define the strategic direction of the CDP.
o Lead business meetings and consult on CDP best practices to execute omni channel use cases.
o Lead technical meetings to gather data collection and data activation requirements and manage integrations with other systems.
o Translate customer requirements into an architecture and design that will constitute the blueprint of the solution.
o Design and implement CDP solutions like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, etc.
o Document the solution.
• Contribute to scoping projects :
o Audit existing architecture and use cases.
o Gather requirements and consult on new use cases.
o Run benchmark and contribute to vendor selection processes.
• Contribute to and support sales pursuits and business development activities.
• Contribute to team development.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience successfully implementing technical projects in customer and marketing related areas such with CDP (Customer Data Platform used for Marketing), DMP (Data Management Platform), Master Data Management platforms (MDM) that focus on customer domain or related data platform.
• Experience using or implementing CDP (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, Tealium, Amperity, Salesforce CDP, etc.)
• Experience in data and insights driven marketing environment with a strong understanding of the Marketing Technology stack including Marketing automation, Personalization, Segmentation, Analytics tools, and tag management systems.
• Experience in data modeling and architecture. Excellent SQL skills.
• Knowledge or experience of data visualization is a plus (e.g.; Datorama, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge or experience in cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, etc.), ETL processes and API integration is a plus.
• Knowledge in statistics, AI/Machine Learning and data engineering is a plus.
• CDP certification or accreditation is a plus (e.g., AEP, Salesforce CDP, etc.)
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Proficient in French and English.
