We are seeking a Account Executive (Sales) with minimum 3 years of experience to help us grow our business in the EMEA region.
This role reports directly to our CEO and Head of Sales, offering a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely and develop strong relationships with some of the biggest brands in the world (current customers include Danone, Colgate, l’Oreal, Galerie Lafayette..)
Our ideal candidate brings a valuable background of a couple of years in a top-tier consulting firm, showcasing not only business acumen but also a genuine passion for sales and the fast-paced startup environment.
In this job, you’re responsibilities will be:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise accounts in the EMEA region
Identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory and work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds our revenue targets
Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the our CEO and Head of Sales
Formalize customised value propositions that meet the needs of our clients and address market demand
Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that support our sales efforts
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Very good process skills (get things done, pushing next steps…)
Credibility in front of the customer (with support from management for top execs discussion)
Good understanding of customer pain points to fine-tune proposal
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience in SaaS, B2B is a plus
You speak both English and French fluently
