The position

Job description

As a Jr. Frontend Engineer Intern, you will work alongside a team of talented engineers and designers, contributing to innovative interfaces for applications that drive impactful decisions. This is your opportunity to work with the latest technologies while learning and growing in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development of responsive, intuitive, and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring they are both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing

  • Optimize web applications for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility

  • Support the integration of AI-powered features and back-end services into the front-end. 

  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate in an Agile development environment

  • Contribute to improving the user experience of our applications, making them accessible and delightful to use.

Preferred experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5 for building responsive web designs.

  • A keen interest in modern web design trends and UX/UI principles.

  • Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • A passion for learning, especially in the areas of front-end development and innovative technologies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.

  • Exposure to CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.

  • Familiarity with API integration and working with data-driven interfaces.

  • A strong interest in AI/ML-powered applications and how they can shape the future of user experiences.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and experience working with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
