About our Data Science Team:

The D&M’s data science team is made up of experienced data scientists but also of artificial intelligence researchers. We are pioneers in creating a dynamic engine that leverages vast amounts of textual data to forecast future trends. Every day, we strive to enhance the capacity of this engine, staying abreast with the latest insights in natural language processing (NLP).

About The role:

We are on the lookout for an intern who is keen to join us in integrating advanced NLP techniques to elevate D&M’s predictive engine. As a member of our team, you’ll be involved in several stimulating projects:

  • Use and understanding of LLM(s): You will work with LLM(s) (prompt, RAG, …) in order to improve the state-of-the-art topic modelling but also for texts and images generation.

  • Knowledge Graph Creation: your role involves analyzing and piecing together the relationships among various pieces of information scattered across numerous documents. It’s about seeing the bigger picture and understanding how different data points interlink.

  • Agent creation with LLM(s): the candidate may be required to create LLM agents capable of reproducing consumer behavior.

  • Metrics Development: your challenge will be to design and implement new measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of D&M’s primary predictive engine. You’ll not only craft these metrics but also validate their accuracy and prove they outperform the methods we’ve used before.


Preferred experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree  

  • An insatiable curiosity, open-minded and willing to learn – always on the lookout for new ideas and inspiration - a keen interest in wider culture, business and current affairs 

  • A creative problem-solver; able to think both analytically AND creatively and bring a fresh perspective by connecting the dots in unexpected ways 

  • Interested in brands and businesses – how they connect with people, how they communicate, how they sell and how they can evolve  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’ll need to build effective relationships internally, and with clients and have a desire to contribute to wider thought leadership
