As part of our Marketing team, your mission will be to:
- To enhance our brand and product communication by crafting compelling content (in English only) that engages and grows our communities;
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests across social media and our digital customer care platform.
Create and Translate Content: Develop and adapt engaging content that reflects our brand: blog articles, email newsletters, ads, digital activations, scripts interview, …. Your imagination would be the only limit of your creativity!
Localization and Transcreation: Support the team in adapting and localizing our product for English-speaking markets, ensuring that our investigations retain their life-like quality and immersive experience.
Digital Asset Production: Lead or collaborate in the production of digital assets—from concept to brief, all the way through to publication.
Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the entertainment industry, identifying emerging trends and partnership opportunities that can elevate Detective Box.
Customer Engagement: Provide expert guidance, actively listen and respond to customer inquiries, building strong relationships with our players and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and marketing, on various projects.

Language: Native English speaker with strong French comprehension skills.
Education: Degree in journalism, literature or communication.
Digital Experience: At least 6 months of digital experience.
Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platform dynamics.
Writing Skills: Outstanding writing skills, with impeccable spelling and grammar.
