As a key member of the team, you will deliver exceptional sales and advisory services to our customers, leveraging your personal expertise to drive sales and help achieve Devialet’s goals.
Share your in-depth knowledge of our products with customers following comprehensive in-house training.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and fellow team members, based on trust and collaboration.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
Stay informed on market trends and competitors to keep a competitive edge.
Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
Ensure accurate customer information is logged and maintained in the company CRM system, focusing on retention and identifying new high-potential clients.
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and client shipments (both UK and global). Track goods movement and sales, implementing weekly inventory updates.
Provide detailed and accurate daily reports to the Head Office.
Assist customers with product setup and perform occasional installations when needed.
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in a luxury retail environment.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and best-in-class customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
Competent IT skills.
Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic is a significant advantage.
