For any issues related to SAP BI systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing all necessary changes to production security devices in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

• 2nd + 3rd level SAP support and SAP build.
• Monitor the SAP BW system for performance issues, perform regular system maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist superusers with BW-related issues and queries.
• Adaptation of current systems to new technologies and new SAP product lines, change management.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Work closely with other IT teams, such as Basis, ABAP, and business analysts.

Hi, my name is David Bulejcik and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2006, when I took a role as SAP Developer in the SAP Centre of Competence team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a team leader role. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being Manager of SAP Innovations and BI Services.
