Grow together
We are responsible for two business-critical products, Delivery Routing Optimization (GO) and Mobile Device Management (oneMDMS). Both play an important role in the logistics processes at Post & Parcel Germany, and particularly in delivery.
The IT system GO supports the planning of delivery sequences, of delivery area layouts and their automated optimization as well as the maintenance of geographical information and the visualization of route performance for manual planning.
The oneMDMS IT system forms the platform for almost all mobile devices in use at Post & Parcel Germany, e.g. in parcel delivery or in the parcel shops, a total of approx. 160.000 devices. The number of clients, devices and device types is constantly increasing. At the heart of our platform is the COTS product SOTI MobiControl, which is customized and expanded by our team. Furthermore, we develop specialized components for automated software distribution and interfaces to adjacent systems.
As our Test Manager you will be part of our distributed team and support both projects mentioned above, having the following key responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
• Define test objectives, methods, and tools.
Test Execution and Management:
• Coordinate, conduct and document manual and automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Communicate test results to stakeholders and management.
Quality Assurance:
• Review and improve testing processes and methods.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Our tech stack includes Linux and Windows environments, PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases and the standard development tools on the market. The target platform for all new systems is Microsoft Azure. The main programming languages used are Java, C#, Python, Angular and React. Common test tools are, for example, Selenium and JMeter.
If you are up to the challenge and ready to improve the tools that are used by hundreds of thousands of our DHL colleagues every day – we would be delighted to have you onboard!

Great Team
Hi, my name is Martin and I am a sub domain head in Bonn, Germany. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2003, when I took a role as C++ Developer. With an increasing knowledge of business processes and a great interest in better understanding and implementing the requirements of our business partners, the focus of my work shifted to technical consulting and requirements engineering, so that I switched to a career in consulting. In 2018, I moved to a management role, becoming a team lead and project manager. In 2022, I took the next step in my career and stepped into my current role. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – making our business partners in P&P even more successful. Looking forward to having you onboard!
These companies are also recruiting for the position of “Network Engineering and Administration”.
