The position

Job description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to spearhead the development of scalable, innovative features and systems.

The ideal candidate will be a product-minded Engineer that can own end-to-end product features from specification to delivery.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the CTO and the broader team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Feature Ownership: Lead the development of features from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.

  • Backend Development: Engage deeply with backend and distributed systems, focusing on architecture, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

  • Frontend Development: Utilize Next.js and React.js to craft intuitive, responsive user interfaces.

  • Scalability & Performance: Think holistically about the system’s architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable and optimized for performance.

  • Collaboration: Write and refine technical specifications, actively collaborating with product managers to align technical and product strategies.


Preferred experience

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional with a holistic view of system architecture, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and reliability.

You should be comfortable diving deep into backend and distributed systems, as well as engaging with product specifications to ensure alignment with product goals.

Experience in B2B SaaS is essential, as it enables the candidate to understand and address customer needs effectively, driving innovative product solutions.

Recruitment process

  1. Screening Call (30 min): A brief conversation with a team member involved in product development, such as the CEO, CTO, PM, or a developer, to discuss your background and interest in the role.

  2. Technical Interviews (2 x 45 min):

    a. System Design: Evaluate your ability to design scalable and reliable systems.

    b. Product sense: Discuss how to transform a feature idea into a concrete plan.

  3. Closing Interview: A final meeting with the direct manager or CEO, focusing on cultural fit and alignment with company goals.
