As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts, responsible for nurturing these key relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Reporting to Head of Performance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and optimizing our service delivery.
Supply chain management
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain for assigned accounts, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.
Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
Proactively identify and address supply chain anomalies, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
Manage logistics flows, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key account management
Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
Develop and implement account growth strategies to expand business opportunities and increase customer loyalty.
Conduct regular business reviews and present monthly performance reports to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement:
Lead and coordinate service improvement projects with internal partners and external service providers (logistics centers, refurbishing centers, transport carriers, etc.).
Proactively identify and propose continuous improvements across the entire supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Operations, Quality, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Education and Experience: You hold a higher education degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles, ideally in the supply chain or key account management sector.
Proficiency in Analytical Tools: You have a strong affinity for numbers and are proficient in Excel. Prior experience with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or GDS is a major asset.
English Proficiency: You are proficient in spoken and written English, enabling you to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Interest in the Circular Economy: You are sensitive to the challenges of the circular economy and demonstrate an interest in the second-hand market.
