Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving our sales success? Join our dynamic team as an Inbound Sales Manager and become the first point of contact for our prospects. Your mission will be to evaluate inbound requests with relevance, reactivity, and strategic insight, ensuring our sales team is equipped with high-potential leads.

What you will do:
As Inbound Sales Manager, you will:

  • Qualify inbound contacts: Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to identify opportunities.

  • Provide Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Deliver high-value leads to the sales team to accelerate the sales pipeline.

  • Grow our contact database: Expand and enrich our network with qualified prospects.

  • Provide relevant and reactive answers to leads: Ensure every lead receives timely and valuable responses to their inquiries.

  • Craft and update marketing/sales materials: Create compelling brochures, presentations, and other resources.

  • Lead nurturing: Develop and execute strategies to build lasting relationships with potential clients.

  • Explore new lead acquisition channels: Innovate and experiment with ways to attract prospects.

  • Lead scoring: Implement effective systems to rank leads by their potential and readiness to buy.

Your Tools and Collaboration:

  • Use Hubspot daily to manage and maintain the quality of our database.

  • Assist the Sales Team with tasks like updating documentation, providing contact lists, and contributing to lead nurturing initiatives.


Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and oral) is a priority. Strong communication skills are essential.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A team player who is excited to contribute to the sales team’s success.

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead qualification is a plus!
