We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs.
With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs.
We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We‘ve raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.
Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive Dust's ambitious team growth. As our first dedicated recruiting hire, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across tech and GTM roles. You'll build scalable hiring processes, handle changes and ambiguity with serenity, maintain our high talent bar, and help shape our team culture.
Run full-cycle recruitment for all functions, from sourcing and filtering the top of the funnel to increasing the team’s time, focusing on interviewing the best candidates to offer and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent, proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates.
Juggle a variety of roles at once. At any given time you could be managing the pipelines for and working on filling 1-15 (or more at times) open roles.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by making sure we go from the first contact to offer promptly and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Act as a strategic advisor to our cofounders and team, providing market insights and talent recommendations to ensure alignment with the company’s growth goals.
Help our team maintain high hiring standards and velocity and iterate on candidate feedback. You'll smooth rough edges in the recruiting process by by creating a constant feedback loop.
While you are an expert in LinkedIn, you also know how to creatively source candidates - you leverage GitHub, meetups, X, and a variety of other sources.
A strong focus on building a great employer brand. This person will manage our LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle pages, cultivate relationships with different groups of talent, help with events, participate in meetups, and get our name out there in the community.
Emphasize diversity. You'll look for proven traditional and creative methods to bring new points of view to the team.
Spending most of your time cold-sourcing candidates on LinkedIn - we want to be a fantastic brand that attracts great talent.
You're an experienced technical recruiter who has worked for fast-growing tech companies. You enjoy the challenge of finding world-class talent for hard-to-fill roles.
You're an expert in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
You have experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
You’ve developed a deep network of talent, enabling you to navigate and recruit with ease. You're a sourcer at heart and take pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive talent.
You're comfortable with ownership. You should feel comfortable moving uncomfortably fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for your work.
You’re extremely organized and can balance multiple competing priorities.
You care about metrics. You measure pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring expectations.
You want to use our product Dust to innovate, push the boundaries and help us understand how to improve hiring.

We're not building yet another enterprise SaaS tool. We’re creating an AI OS that will fundamentally change how companies operate. We believe existing AI models are powerful enough to have a tremendous impact on the world (and will keep getting better) – the key is building the infrastructure so that they have context and explore the best interfaces for humans to interact with them.
We have the unique opportunity to explore and shape the way humans interact with machines while working on a product we use ourselves every day.
If you're excited about crafting products that reinvent B2B software and want to join a team that combines the best of startup culture with the backing of top-tier investors, we'd love to talk.
👋 Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
