Senior Software Engineer for Feature FlaggingYou enjoy making the life of other developers easier, enabling them to release and deploy with more confidence? Join our team and help us to improve the software development experience and lifecycle within Dynatrace.

Our team is driving the adoption of OpenFeature within Dynatrace. We aim to deliver an easy to use toolset for our developers to improve their developer experience and we ask you to support us.Besides our internal efforts, you will also support us maintaining the community and community efforts behind OpenFeatures as well as representing Dynatrace within the community.

Your Role at Dynatrace

• Improving the toolset around OpenFeature within Dynatrace and the Open Source community
• Engaging, promoting and supporting teams within Dynatrace on their road to success with OpenFeature and feature flagging
• Exploring possibilities for observability in connection with feature flags, and the benefits it can offer for all roles within the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

What Will Help You Succeed?

• Technical degree in software engineering or similar
• Experience in Java/Go/TypeScript or any other object oriented language
• Not afraid of contributing and working with other languages
• Basic understanding of Feature Flags and their overall benefit to the software development lifecycle
• Team player with flexibility in a highly distributed team
• Experience with distributed systems

Compensation and rewards  

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages
• Salary: 21k - 31k PLN gross per month
• Please be aware that we offer only employment contracts and we are considering a hybrid working setup (2/3 days per week in the office).
