Dynatrace is seeking a Supplier Management Lead to support its Operational Finance transformational goals.  The successful candidate will have accountability for the Supplier Management function and be responsible for ensuring all processes and policies are followed, that any changes made have been fully assessed for risk and are performed in line with SLA expectations.  As a newly formed team, there will be an expectation for processes to be enhanced and reference guides to be updated to reflect these improvements, so an understanding of implementing changes and controls is essential.   Responsibilities  •    Supervision of a Supplier Management Analyst, whilst working closely with an Analyst based in another team to ensure consistent ways of working•    Review and approval of vendor & PO amendment change requests across multiple regions following internal processes for compliance & risk mitigation.•    Weekly review of all changes made to vendors to comply with SoX requirements across all regions•    Perform analysis on dormant vendors & open POs, and action the closure where appropriate, following the internal control process•    Preparing KPI reporting monthly to share with the Leadership team, and actioning any outputs from the data where necessary•    Review current processes and propose changes where necessary to simplify the customer experience and our internal processes•    Collaborating with cross-functional global teams, including legal, operations, finance, business systems & technology stakeholders to support change.•    Ability to support multiple time zones working with regional stakeholders 

What will help you succeed

•    At least 3 years’ experience working in a global Supplier Management role with direct reports.•    Good understanding of end-to-end P2P workflows is required.•    Change and communication skills to support process enhancements•    Knowledge of ERPs – preferably NetSuite (and/or the ability to learn new systems swiftly).•    Flexible approach, and able to multitask on various conflicting priorities.•    Experience working with global operations teams across multiple geographies. •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable connecting with and communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization and in every Country in which we operate. •    Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while exhibiting strong interpersonal skills. •    Advanced Excel Skills are advantageous.
