Your role at Dynatrace

As a Talent Sourcer in our global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be part of defining and executing the talent sourcing strategy for a variety of engineering and technical leadership roles globally. This role is a perfect fit for someone who is self-driven, autonomous, and passionate about talent sourcing.

 

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role and a hybrid position, candidates should be able to commute to our Gdansk office 2 days per week.

 

  • Proactively design and implement sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of candidates and activate them to enter the interview process
  • Identify prospects through strong research by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub and by targeting communities, meet-ups and conferences
  • Partner with engineering leaders and recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding the job requirements and the engineering challenges
  • Track pipeline activity to share with stakeholders and recommend improvements that will impact our candidate flows
  • Have a good understanding of the talent market and keep an eye on the pulse of talent news, market attrition, and general geo-economic market trends.
  • Partner with the TA team as well as the branding teams to create/support innovative talent attraction strategies, materials
  • Act as trusted advisor and partner to Hiring Managers

What will help you succeed

  • Experienced in technical sourcing experience in a search firm/agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience in building sourcing strategies with Recruiters, Hiring Partners, and other internal functions when needed
  • Prior experience delivering market mapping and research projects (globally), company profiling, utilizing market insight to support pipelines growth and scale
  • Ability to build cross-lab partnerships and designing creative hiring strategies
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions/roles
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and individual tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives, prioritize them and implement them autonomously while keeping all parties informed and engaged
  • Inquisitive, curious, outgoing mind passionate about learning, discovery, and talent research

Compensation Data

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 

  • Salary: 8k-12k PLN gross per month. We hire only based on a contract of employment (UoP).
