Streamlining workflows

and the ability to work on cutting-edge projects with confidence is our goal. That’s why we’ve introduced the Scaled Agile Interface (SAI) to help drive innovation within R&D. Our agile teams of engineers collaborate to develop a single product further, leveraging the power of high-performance computing and are working with tons of data. With SAI, all stakeholders are focused on technical excellence and the overall project vision, ensuring that our complex initiatives are completed seamlessly. Our agile collaboration model allows you to work with over 1,200 people who are as passionate about creating innovative solutions as you are.

Organization and methodologies

Dynatrace follows a Scaled Agile Interface framework, which was implemented due to the growth of the development department. The framework incorporates elements such as two-week sprints, sprint reviews and planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and backlog refinements. The system is continuously built and deployed, with millions of automated tests running daily to deliver experiences customers love.
