Tableau Kanban ⚙️
ECENTIME uses a special type of Kanban named TAPD. It helps manage projects, their collaboration, and meet new levels of productivity. With TAPD, we’ve streamlined the collaborative process and made working remotely even easier!
Organization and methodologies
Our primary method is Agile which is an internationally recognized approach. In it are the sprint planning meetings, the daily scrum meetings, the saint review and the sprint retrospect. This method lets us manage and run projects in an efficient and structured manner.
